USA Pan’s generously cut 18 x 13-inch unbleached parchment paper gives ‘hang-over’ protection for standard half-sheet pans. The oversized design extends up and over the edges of the pan to create a convenient parchment sling, allowing for effortless lifting and removal of baked goods such as bars, brownies, cakes, and roasted items. This extended coverage also provides nonstick protection up the sides of the pan, making it especially valuable when using traditional uncoated bakeware (like our Bare Bakeware line!).

Our precut baking sheets are versatile as they are easy to trim for use in quarter sheet pans, square and round cake pans, or nest perfectly inside an XL sheet pan for easy prep and baking. Each precut parchment sheet is crafted from heavy-duty, high-density natural paper and coated on both sides with food-grade silicone for outstanding non-stick release. Because it’s coated on both sides, resists curling, tearing, and moisture, you can use both sides AND reuse each sheet multiple times. Good news for the planet and good news for your wallet.

Oven-safe to 450°F/230°C, our parchment baking sheets promote even baking, browning, and roasting while maintaining excellent wet strength for demanding tasks like steaming, freezer-to-oven baking, dough prep, portioning, and packaging.
